#41. Bush Lunch

#41. Bush LunchThe first cars entered Algonquin Provincial Park in the late 1920s on what had been the St. Anthony Lumber Co. spur line, built in 1902 between Lake Opeongo and Whitney to carry timber to their mill. This is a lunch scene near the lake in those early days. Part of the Opeongo Road follows the old railway today. Ministry of Natural Resources; Algonquin Park Museum #95. 2001
